Common questions
Which gaylord containers are these lids compatible with?
These 49 1/4 x 41 1/4 x 4" lids are designed to fit standard gaylord containers including GAYLORDTW and GL484048TW models. Verify your container dimensions before ordering to ensure proper fit and seal.
What adhesive or fasteners do I need for assembly?
These unassembled lids require tape, glue, or staples for assembly. Most industrial buyers use heavy-duty gummed kraft tape or corrugated staples for consistent, cost-effective sealing that meets ASTM D4649 standards.
Are these lids compliant with food and beverage shipping regulations?
ECT-44 kraft corrugated lids are compliant with FDA and USDA guidelines for non-hazardous food contact when assembled properly. Verify regulatory requirements for your specific cargo before shipment.
How much storage space do flat-pack lids save compared to assembled boxes?
Unassembled lids reduce storage footprint by approximately 90% versus pre-assembled alternatives, allowing you to maintain larger inventory quantities in the same warehouse space and reducing carrying costs significantly.
