Common questions
What weight of fasteners can these kraft hardware bags safely hold?
The 50 lb. basis weight kraft paper construction provides heavy-duty durability for moderate to heavy fastener loads. Expandable gusseted sides distribute weight evenly. For maximum load specifications, contact our packaging specialists, capacity depends on fastener density and moisture conditions.
Are these bags compliant with shipping regulations for hardware items?
Yes. Kraft paper bags meet standard packaging requirements for non-hazardous fasteners and hardware. For specialized compliance needs (e.g., moisture-sensitive materials), verify with your logistics provider or contact our team for guidance on additional protective measures.
Can I customize bag printing for branding?
Kraft hardware bags are available in natural kraft color. Custom printing options are available for larger orders. Contact our sales team with your specifications and volume requirements for personalized branding solutions.
Why choose gusseted bags over flat-bottomed alternatives?
Expandable gusseted side walls increase fill capacity by 25-35%, reduce filling time, improve bag stability on shelves, and prevent spillage during handling. This translates to lower cost-per-unit packaging and better customer experience compared to flat-bottomed bags.
