Common questions
Can I adjust the depth of these mailers after assembly?
Yes. The multi-depth scoring allows you to fold sides to your desired height before sealing. This flexibility accommodates products ranging from thin items (flat fold) to items up to 2 inches thick, making one SKU suitable for multiple product types.
What makes ECT-32-B corrugated for e-commerce shipping?
ECT-32-B (Edge Crush Test 32 lb/inch, B-flute) delivers exceptional puncture resistance and crush protection while remaining lightweight, reducing shipping costs. The material withstands standard parcel handling and maintains structural integrity in multi-depth configurations.
Are these mailers suitable for professional brand presentation?
Absolutely. The bright white exterior provides a clean, premium canvas for custom printing, logos, and branding. Easy-fold one-piece construction eliminates visible tape seams on front panels, creating a polished, professional unboxing experience that strengthens brand perception.
What products work best in the 7.5" x 7.5" format?
This size is ideal for flat materials like framed pictures (up to 7.5x7.5), vinyl records, hardcover books, apparel folded to compact dimensions, and promotional flat-packs. The 2-inch depth accommodates layered items or multiple thin products in a single shipment.
