Common questions
What is ECT-32-B and why does it matter for my shipping operation?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32-B is a kraft corrugated rating that provides reliable crush resistance for lightweight to medium-weight items. This material grade balances protective performance with cost efficiency, making it ideal for high-volume fulfillment without premium pricing.
How much can I save on postage with these lightweight mailers?
The 752" dimensions minimize dimensional weight charges on USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Lightweight kraft construction reduces actual weight, lowering per-unit shipping costs, especially beneficial for high-volume operations shipping 100+ packages daily.
Can these mailers be used without tape or adhesive?
Yes. The one-piece fold-and-tuck design requires no tape, glue, or staples. Items simply fold closed in seconds, reducing assembly labor and eliminating consumable supply costs for tape or fasteners.
What items are best suited for 752" mailers?
These mailers work best for small, fragile items including glassware, hand tools, small electronics, cosmetics, jewelry, documents, and product samples. The double-wall crush resistance on front and sides protects contents during sorting and transit.
