Common questions
What products are safe to ship in these #4 mailers?
The 3/16" bubble lining is ideal for lightweight fragile items: electronics under 2 lbs, jewelry, watches, small cosmetics, CDs/DVDs, thin books, and small gifts. For heavier or extremely fragile items, consider larger bubble mailers with thicker cushioning.
Are these mailers UPS and USPS eligible?
Yes. These self-seal mailers meet carrier requirements for UPS, USPS, and FedEx ground shipping. The 9 1/2" x 14 1/2" dimensions qualify for standard rates on most services, helping optimize your shipping costs.
How does the peel-and-stick closure work?
Simply align the adhesive strip, press firmly for 2-3 seconds to seal. The seal is tamper-evident, any attempt to open is visually obvious. The integrated tear strip allows recipients to open quickly without tools, reducing damage during unboxing.
Can I print labels directly on these mailers?
Yes. The kraft paper exterior accepts standard thermal and inkjet labels. For optimal label adhesion and appearance, apply labels to the upper right portion of the mailer, avoiding the bubble-lined areas. Test with your label stock first for best results.
