Common questions
Are these mailers truly puncture-resistant?
Yes. The rigid paperboard construction provides excellent puncture and bend resistance, protecting sensitive contents like photographs and documents from damage during handling and transit. The material thickness prevents items from being creased or damaged by sorting equipment.
How does the self-seal closure work, and is it reliable for e-commerce shipping?
The pressure-sensitive adhesive strip requires no water activation or tape, simply peel and press for a secure, professional seal. The closure is reliable enough for standard postal and parcel services, and the included tear strip makes opening easy for customers.
Can I use these mailers for heavier items or just soft goods?
These mailers are designed for lightweight to medium-weight items such as photographs, documents, soft apparel, and promotional materials. For heavier items, consider reinforced chipboard mailers with greater cushioning.
Are these mailers environmentally friendly?
Yes. They're made from 100% recycled paperboard and are fully recyclable, making them an excellent choice for brands committed to sustainability. The lightweight design also reduces shipping emissions compared to heavier mailer options.
