Common questions
Do these envelopes require water or moisture to seal?
No. Redi-Seal envelopes feature a pre-applied self-adhesive strip. Simply fold down the flap and press firmly, no moisture, sponge, or tape needed. This saves time and reduces mailroom processing costs.
Are these envelopes shipping-compliant and durable enough for standard mail?
Yes. The 28 lb. paper stock provides excellent durability to withstand postal handling, sorting machinery, and transit conditions. They meet USPS and carrier standards for business mail and first-class shipping.
What documents fit in a 9 x 12 inch envelope?
The 9 x 12" size accommodates standard 8.5 x 11" documents without folding, plus photos, light merchandise, catalogs, and bulk business correspondence. It's ideal for invoices, letters, and marketing materials.
How many cases should we order for monthly mailroom volume?
Each case contains 500 envelopes. For high-volume operations, calculate your average monthly mail volume and order accordingly. Bulk purchasing provides cost savings and ensures consistent inventory levels. Contact our B2B team for volume pricing and delivery scheduling.
