Common questions
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx approved?
Yes. The 12" x 8.5" dimensions and self-seal closure meet major carrier requirements. Low dimensional weight keeps per-parcel shipping charges competitive for small fragile items.
What level of protection does the 3/16" bubble lining provide?
The 3/16" bubble cushioning absorbs moderate to significant shock, ideal for protecting breakable items like electronics, glassware, and ceramics. For extremely fragile goods, consider supplemental internal padding.
Do I need tape to seal these mailers?
No. Each mailer includes a peel-and-seal adhesive strip for quick, tool-free closure. This eliminates tape costs and accelerates packing speed, especially valuable in high-volume fulfillment environments.
Are these mailers waterproof and tamper-resistant?
The 2 mil polyethylene exterior provides moisture resistance and tear resistance, protecting contents from humidity and weather. The sealed closure creates a tamper-evident barrier that shows if the package has been opened.
