Common questions
Is this mailer UPS and FedEx eligible?
Yes. The lightweight construction qualifies for standard parcel rates, and the all-paper design meets carrier sustainability standards. Verify dimensional weight calculations based on your specific contents.
How much shock protection does the paper cushioning provide?
The dual-layer kraft paper with embossed bubble pattern provides cushioning equivalent to traditional bubble mailers for lightweight fragile items. It's ideal for products under 2 lbs; for heavier items, consider additional cushioning material.
Can customers recycle this mailer at home?
Yes. The all-paper construction makes it curbside-recyclable in most municipalities. This appeals to eco-conscious consumers and enhances your brand's sustainability story.
Does the water-resistant coating affect recyclability?
No. The water-resistant coating is minimal and does not prevent curbside recycling acceptance. It protects contents during transit without compromising the mailer's environmental credentials.
