About this item
SKU B850SS — 14 1/4" × 20".
The cushioning is kraft paper formed to work like bubble, so the whole mailer can go in curbside paper recycling where it is accepted.
14.25x20" #7 bubble mailers in bubble-lined kraft or poly, sold by the case (SKU B850SS).
Sized for shipping and fulfillment work; closes with tape or the built-in flap. Order by the case.
Common questions
Does this mailer provide adequate protection for fragile items compared to plastic bubble mailers?
Yes. The kraft paper lining is engineered to mimic traditional bubble wrap's shock-absorption properties. The double-layer construction effectively protects fragile goods like glassware, ceramics, and electronics during transit while maintaining structural integrity.
Will water damage my products in this mailer?
The water-resistant kraft paper provides a moisture barrier that protects contents from light rain and moisture exposure during handling and delivery. For items requiring maximum water protection, we recommend pairing with internal water-resistant barriers.
Does this mailer affect my shipping costs with UPS or FedEx?
The lightweight design minimizes dimensional weight surcharges. At 14.25 x 20", it optimizes the dimensional weight ratio for medium parcels, helping reduce per-unit shipping costs compared to oversized mailers.
How do my customers dispose of this mailer sustainably?
This mailer is 100% curbside recyclable in most municipalities. Customers can place it directly in their standard recycling bins without removing cushioning, simplifying disposal and supporting your brand's environmental commitments.
