Common questions
Why choose square tubes instead of round mailing tubes?
Square tubes eliminate rolling and shifting during shipping, making them stackable and more efficient to pack. They also maximize shelf space, reduce packing time, and lower damage rates, particularly valuable for high-volume fulfillment operations.
How quickly do these tubes assemble?
These one-piece tubes fold together in seconds without tape, glue, or additional tools. Staff can assemble hundreds per hour, significantly accelerating packing workflows compared to traditional tube assembly methods.
What products fit in a 3 x 3 x 12" tube?
These tubes accommodate rolled posters, prints, blueprints, documents, fabric swatches, cosmetic samples, and cylindrical items up to 3 inches in diameter and 12 inches in length. They're ideal for items requiring protection without excessive bulk.
Are these tubes shipping-compliant and environmentally friendly?
Yes. ECT-32-B corrugated construction meets USPS, UPS, and FedEx specifications for dimensional weight pricing and handling standards. The tubes are 100% recyclable, supporting sustainability goals while meeting carrier requirements.
