Common questions
Why choose square tubes over traditional round mailing tubes?
Square tubes prevent rolling during transit, reducing product damage and packing errors. They stack efficiently, take up less shelf space, and pack faster, saving labor costs and improving shipping accuracy for B2B operations.
Do these tubes require tape or glue to assemble?
No. These one-piece tubes fold together instantly without tape, glue, or additional materials. Assembly is fast, cost-effective, and reduces waste, ideal for high-throughput fulfillment centers.
What products are best suited for 3 x 3 x 18" tubes?
Ideal for rolled documents, blueprints, posters, artwork, catalogs, promotional materials, and cylindrical items up to 3" diameter. The 18" length accommodates standard letter-size documents when rolled.
Is ECT-32-B corrugated strong enough for fragile items?
Yes. ECT-32-B provides robust crush resistance and edge crush strength suitable for most mailed goods. For extremely fragile items, add interior padding or use multiple tubes for added protection during shipping.
