Common questions
Why choose square tubes over round mailing tubes?
Square tubes eliminate rolling during transit, reduce packing waste, stack efficiently for storage, and pack faster. They also present a more professional appearance and waste less space in shipping cartons compared to traditional round tubes.
Do these tubes require tape, glue, or adhesive to assemble?
No. These one-piece tubes feature pre-scored folds that allow workers to assemble them by hand in seconds without any tape, glue, or additional supplies, reducing assembly labor and material costs.
What's the crush strength rating and what can these tubes safely ship?
ECT-32-B corrugated provides 32 ECT (Edge Crush Test) strength, suitable for shipping items weighing up to 15-20 lbs depending on content density. They exceed ISTA standards for domestic and light export shipping.
How much storage space do I save with flat-ship design?
Flat-ship tubes reduce storage requirements by approximately 75% compared to pre-assembled tubes. One pallet can store 3,000-5,000 tubes versus 500-1,000 assembled, dramatically lowering warehouse costs and improving inventory turnover.
