Common questions
Why choose square tubes over traditional round mailing tubes?
Square tubes offer three critical advantages: they won't roll during shipping (reducing handling damage and labor), they stack efficiently in warehouses and vehicles (cutting transportation costs), and they require less packing material since contents stay centered. The flat-ship design also reduces your inventory storage footprint by up to 70%.
Do these tubes require tape or glue to assemble?
No. These one-piece tubes fold together using pre-scored seams and close with an interlocking flap design, no tape, glue, or special tools needed. Operators can assemble 100+ tubes per hour, significantly reducing labor costs compared to traditional tube packaging.
What items can I ship in a 48" x 3" x 3" tube?
These tubes are ideal for posters, blueprints, rolled documents, fishing rods, mailing tubes, promotional items, and any cylindrical or rolled products up to 48" in length. The 3" x 3" opening accommodates items with a maximum 4.2" diagonal width when rolled.
Is this kraft corrugated compliant with shipping carrier requirements?
Yes. ECT-32-B (Edge Crush Test 32 lb/in) meets FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL dimensional weight and material standards. These tubes are fully compliant with major carrier specifications and qualify for commercial shipping rates without surcharges.
