Common questions
Why choose square tubes over traditional round mailing tubes?
Square tubes eliminate rolling during packing and storage, reducing damage risk and pack time. Their flat-stackable design uses 40% less warehouse space and prevents misalignment on conveyor systems, critical for high-speed fulfillment operations.
How quickly do these tubes assemble without tape or glue?
Operators can fold and secure these one-piece tubes in under 10 seconds per unit, with the interlocking flaps holding contents securely without additional adhesives. This dramatically accelerates fulfillment workflow and reduces material costs.
Is ECT-32-B corrugated strong enough for heavy items?
Yes. ECT-32-B (Edge Crush Test 32 lbs/inch) provides robust protection for items up to 30 lbs, meeting carrier crush-resistance standards for most commercial shipping applications without requiring reinforcement.
Can these tubes be customized or printed with branding?
Standard white tubes are ready-to-ship as-is. For custom printing or branded options, contact our account team for volume pricing on white label production, typical minimums are 500-unit orders.
