Common questions
Why choose square tubes over round mailing tubes?
Square tubes eliminate rolling during packing and shipping, reducing product damage and packing time. They stack efficiently on pallets, maximize carton space utilization, and present a more professional appearance. The flat square profile also prevents items from shifting during transit.
How quickly can these tubes be assembled?
These one-piece tubes fold together in seconds without requiring tape, glue, or fasteners. Your team can assemble dozens per minute, dramatically reducing labor costs compared to traditional multi-piece tube construction.
What shipping standards do these tubes meet?
Constructed from ECT-32-B (32 ECT) kraft corrugated material, these tubes meet ASTM D5169 standards and provide excellent protection for items requiring secure, compliant shipping across domestic and international carriers.
Are these tubes suitable for branding and custom printing?
Yes. The natural kraft exterior accepts custom printing, logos, and branding. The smooth surface and professional appearance make these ideal for premium product packaging and branded shipping experiences.
