Common questions
What is ECT-32-B and why does it matter for my shipping?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32-B indicates the corrugated can withstand 32 pounds of force per linear inch, sufficient for small, lightweight items. This rating ensures crush resistance during handling and stacking while keeping weight minimal to avoid dimensional weight surcharges.
Do these mailers require tape, glue, or assembly?
No. These one-piece fold-and-tuck mailers assemble in seconds with no additional materials needed. Double walls on front and sides lock together, reducing labor time and material costs per shipment.
How many items can I fit in a 5x5x2 mailer?
The 50 cubic inch capacity works best for single small items or lightweight multiples, typical use cases include one pair of shoes, small electronics, jewelry, or 2-3 paperback books. Check product weight limits to avoid exceeding ECT-32-B stacking performance.
What's the cost per mailer, and how do I calculate ROI?
With 50 mailers per bundle, divide your total cost by 50 to get per-unit pricing. Compare against your current mailer cost plus tape/labor savings and reduced dimensional weight charges, most customers see 15-25% total packaging cost reduction.
