Common questions
Why choose square tubes over round mailing tubes?
Square tubes eliminate rolling during transit and storage, reducing handling time and damage risk. They pack more efficiently into shipping boxes, maximize pallet space, and simplify warehouse organization. The non-rolling design also prevents accidental damage to nearby packages.
How quickly can these tubes be assembled?
These one-piece tubes fold together in seconds without tape, glue, or tools. Most users report assembly time under 15 seconds per tube, significantly faster than traditional two-piece or tape-sealed designs.
What products fit securely in a 5" x 5" x 30" tube?
Ideal for rolled documents up to 4.75" diameter, posters, artwork, blueprints, maps, tubes up to 29" in length, and promotional items. The square cross-section provides edge protection for flat items like calendars or certificates when gently rolled.
Are these tubes eco-friendly and recyclable?
Yes. These tubes are made from 100% recyclable ECT-32-B corrugated kraft material. They're fully compostable and meet sustainability requirements for eco-conscious shippers and receivers.
