Common questions
Why choose square tubes over round mailing tubes?
Square tubes eliminate rolling during packing and shipping, reducing product damage and handling time. They also stack efficiently in warehouses and shipping containers, lowering your per-unit logistics costs. The flat edges align perfectly with pallets and cartons, maximizing space utilization.
Do these tubes require tape or glue to assemble?
No. These one-piece tubes feature pre-scored fold lines that allow fast assembly without tape, glue, or additional tools. Most users can assemble a tube in under 10 seconds, significantly improving fulfillment speed.
What is ECT-32-B corrugated material?
ECT-32-B (Edge Crush Test 32 pounds per inch) kraft corrugated provides excellent compression strength for protecting contents during shipping. This rating ensures adequate protection for most documents, prints, and lightweight rolled items across standard parcel carriers.
Are these tubes compatible with shipping label printing and FedEx/UPS carriers?
Yes. The flat 5" x 5" surface provides ample space for shipping labels, barcodes, and tracking information. These tubes meet carrier size and weight requirements for ground and expedited services with no surcharges.
