Common questions
What ECT rating provides and why does ECT-32-B matter for my operation?
ECT-32-B (32-point Edge Crush Test) provides proven crush resistance for small packages in multi-tier stacking and transit environments. This rating ensures your items survive handling, sorting, and delivery without compromise, critical for reducing damage claims and customer returns.
How much labor time do these one-piece mailers save versus traditional boxes?
One-piece folding mailers assemble in seconds with zero tape, glue, or staples required. For high-volume operations processing 500+ shipments daily, this translates to 15-20% reduction in pack time versus traditional corrugated boxes, directly improving throughput and reducing labor overhead.
Do these mailers qualify for lightweight dimensional weight pricing?
Yes. The compact 555 inch format combined with lightweight kraft corrugated construction minimizes dimensional weight surcharges with major carriers. Bulk ordering in bundles of 50 further improves per-unit freight efficiency and reduces your cost per shipment.
Are kraft corrugated mailers suitable for stacking in storage?
Absolutely. Flat-stored bundles stack efficiently on pallets and shelving. When assembled, the double-wall construction and ECT-32-B rating support multiple cartons in transport without deformation, maximizing freight consolidation and reducing overall shipping costs per unit.
