Common questions
What does ECT-32-B mean, and how does it impact stacking performance?
ECT (Edgecrushing Test) 32 indicates the mailer can resist 32 lbs of pressure per linear inch of edge when stacked. This rating ensures reliable crush resistance during multi-unit stacking in warehouses and during transit, protecting contents even under load.
How much faster is assembly versus tape-sealed boxes?
One-piece fold-and-tuck mailers assemble in 2-3 seconds with no additional materials needed. Compared to tape-sealed boxes requiring 15-30 seconds, this design saves labor time and reduces material overhead by eliminating tape, glue, and staples.
Are these mailers suitable for heavier items?
ECT-32-B corrugated is optimized for lightweight items up to approximately 5-8 lbs depending on content density and stacking conditions. For heavier shipments, consider higher ECT ratings (42, 48) in larger dimensions to maintain structural integrity.
Can I customize these mailers with branding?
Yes. White corrugated mailers accept flexographic, offset, and digital printing for logos, return addresses, and shipping labels. Contact our design team for volume pricing on custom printing at 50+ bundle quantities.
