Common questions
What ECT rating does this mailer have, and why does it matter?
ECT-32-B means this mailer resists 32 lbs of edge crush force, adequate for small, non-fragile items and typical small-parcel shipments. This rating balances protection and postage cost, making it cost-effective for high-volume B2B fulfillment without overengineering.
Do these mailers require tape or glue to seal?
No. The one-piece fold-and-tuck design self-seals without tape, glue, or staples. This speeds packing by 15 - 20 seconds per box and eliminates supply dependencies, directly reducing labor cost per shipment.
How much space do these save in storage and shipping?
Flat-shipped design cuts storage footprint by up to 90% compared to assembled boxes. On freight, 50 flat mailers occupy minimal cubic feet, reducing dimensional weight charges and freight-in costs significantly for large-volume orders.
What items are best suited for 662" mailers?
Ideal for tools, glassware, small electronics, books, apparel, cosmetics, and hardware. The 2" depth accommodates thin to medium-depth items; confirm your typical product height/depth before ordering to ensure proper fit and crush performance.
