Common questions
What is the ECT rating and why does it matter?
ECT-32-B means the corrugated material withstands 32 lbs of edge crush test pressure per linear inch. This rating ensures your mailers protect fragile items during multi-carrier handling and stacking, reducing damage claims and customer returns.
How much labor time do fold-and-tuck mailers save versus traditional boxes?
One-piece fold-and-tuck design eliminates taping, gluing, or stapling steps. Typical savings range from 30-40% assembly time per unit, translating to significant labor cost reduction in high-volume fulfillment centers.
Are these mailers suitable for fragile items?
Yes. The double-wall corrugated construction on front and sides provides crush resistance for delicate products. However, for extremely fragile items, adding internal padding or bubble wrap is recommended.
What are the dimensional weight advantages of 666 sizing?
The cubic 666" footprint minimizes volumetric weight charges across USPS, UPS, and FedEx while maximizing internal space for small items. This reduces per-unit shipping costs by 15-25% compared to oversized boxes.
