Common questions
What does ECT-32-B mean, and how does it compare to other corrugated grades?
ECT-32-B indicates Edge Crush Test rating of 32 lbs per inch, mid-tier strength suitable for lightweight to medium-weight items. It balances protection, cost efficiency, and stackability for typical B2B small-parcel shipping without overspecifying material.
How does a fold-and-tuck design reduce packing labor?
One-piece mailers require zero taping, gluing, or stapling. Workers simply fold the flaps and tuck tabs, a 3, 5 second operation, versus 15+ seconds for taped boxes, multiplying savings across thousands of units monthly.
Will these mailers handle stacking during transit?
Yes. ECT-32-B corrugated with double-wall construction on front and sides resists crushing under typical warehouse and truck stacking loads. Ideal for full-carton shipments where dimensional stability matters.
What item sizes and weights fit this 753" mailer?
Optimized for small, lightweight items: cosmetics, USB drives, small electronics, apparel, jewelry. Recommended payload under 2 lbs to maintain crush resistance and control dimensional weight charges on parcel carriers.
