Common questions
What does ECT-32-B mean and why does it matter?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32-B indicates the mailer can withstand 32 pounds of crushing force per linear inch. This rating ensures your packages resist damage during handling, stacking, and transit, critical for protecting fragile items and maintaining customer satisfaction while reducing returns.
How much labor time does the fold-and-tuck design save?
Employees fold these mailers in seconds with zero tape, glue, or staples required. Compared to traditional boxes requiring assembly and sealing, you'll save 15-30 seconds per package, significant when processing hundreds of orders daily. On 1,000 shipments, that's 4-8 hours of recovered labor.
Will these fit standard shipping scale dimensions?
Yes. At 7 x 5 x 5", these mailers fall well within standard parcel carrier dimensional weight thresholds for most lightweight items, helping you avoid surcharges and keeping per-unit shipping costs competitive.
Are these mailers suitable for stacking in bulk storage?
Absolutely. The compact 7 x 5 x 5" footprint and crush-resistant construction allow efficient warehouse stacking. When stored flat as bundles of 50, they occupy minimal vertical space while remaining durable enough to handle multi-tier pallet configurations without degradation.
