Common questions
What does ECT-32-B rating mean for my shipping operation?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32-B indicates the corrugated kraft can withstand 32 pounds of crushing force per linear inch. This rating ensures adequate protection for small fragile items while maintaining lightweight postage-friendly construction, ideal for tools, glassware, and electronics without unnecessary bulk.
How much labor do I save with one-piece fold-and-tuck design?
Operators can assemble and seal each mailer in 3-5 seconds with no tape, glue, or staples required. For a 1,000-unit monthly volume, this saves 50+ labor hours annually compared to traditional glued-bottom boxes, directly improving your fulfillment cost per unit.
Can these mailers handle stacking during warehouse storage or freight transport?
Yes, ECT-32-B kraft corrugated provides crush resistance for moderate stacking in warehouse and ground freight environments. However, for heavily stacked pallets, verify weight limits based on item contents; we recommend testing your specific product load.
Are these mailers compliant with e-commerce and sustainable shipping requirements?
100% recyclable kraft corrugated construction supports corporate sustainability goals and meets major e-commerce carrier packaging standards. Lightweight design reduces carbon footprint per shipment while minimizing dimensional weight charges on most major carriers.
