Common questions
What does ECT-32-B rating mean for my shipping operation?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32-B indicates the corrugated can withstand 32 pounds per inch of edge crush force, making it ideal for mid-weight items. This rating balances protection and cost, reducing damage claims while keeping shipping costs competitive versus heavier grades.
Do I need tape or adhesive to seal these mailers?
No. The fold-and-tuck one-piece design assembles without tape, glue, or staples. This eliminates assembly labor, reduces packaging material costs, and accelerates fulfillment speed for your team.
How do these mailers affect my dimensional weight charges?
The compact 8 x 5 x 3" dimensions minimize DIM weight calculations across major carriers. Combined with collapsed storage, you'll see measurable reductions in both outbound shipping costs and warehouse inventory expenses.
What products are these best suited for?
These mailers excel for lightweight fragile items, cosmetics, electronics, small books, jewelry, and apparel, where protection matters but weight is minimal. The double-wall construction on front and sides safeguards contents while the 3" depth accommodates most small-format items efficiently.
