Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and why does it matter for my shipping operation?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32 indicates the corrugated can withstand 32 lbs of force per linear inch before crushing. This rating is ideal for lightweight items under 5 lbs; it balances protection, cost, and weight to optimize postage expenses on high-volume shipments without over-engineering.
How much assembly labor do I save with the one-piece fold-and-tuck design?
Operators can assemble, load, and seal these mailers in 8, 12 seconds per unit with zero additional materials. Compared to traditional setup boxes requiring tape, glue, or stapling, you save approximately 40% in labor time and 100% in supplementary packing supplies per shipment.
Can these mailers stack on pallets without collapsing during transit?
Yes. The ECT-32-B double-wall construction on front and sides provides crush resistance suitable for 4, 5 pallet-high stacking under standard warehouse and freight conditions. We recommend testing with your specific product weight and logistics network.
What volume discounts apply to bulk orders, and can I get custom printing?
Bulk pricing improves at 5,000+ units. Custom printing (logo, branding) is available on orders of 10,000+ units with a 3, 4 week lead time. Contact our sales team for custom quotations and volume tiering details.
