Common questions
How do I assemble these easy-fold mailers?
Place your product in the center, fold in the sides to your desired depth (multiple score lines give you options), and seal with standard packing tape. No glue, staples, or special equipment required, assembly takes seconds per mailer.
What products fit best in the 9 5/8 x 6 5/8 x 2 1/2" size?
These mailers are ideal for flat items up to 2.5" thick including framed pictures, prints, documents, booklets, vinyl records, flat-rate merchandise, and other letter-size goods. The dimensions accommodate standard 8.5" x 5.5" items with minimal excess space.
Is ECT-32-B corrugated material strong enough to prevent crush damage?
Yes. ECT-32-B (Edge Crush Test 32 lbs) provides excellent crush and puncture resistance for protecting flat items during transit. The corrugated structure absorbs impact while the white exterior maintains a professional brand appearance.
Can I customize or print on these mailers?
Yes, the white corrugated surface accepts offset and digital printing. For branded mailers, contact our sales team for printing options and minimum order quantities that suit your volume needs.
