Common questions
Do these mailers require tape, glue, or staples to close?
No. The front outside tuck closure with locking tabs provides a secure seal without any additional materials. Simply fold and tuck to close, assembly takes seconds per mailer.
Are these mailers suitable for fragile documents or photos?
Yes. The ECT-32-B corrugated construction is puncture-resistant and crush-resistant. Side flaps increase stacking strength, protecting contents during shipping and handling. The rigid construction also maintains professional presentation throughout the mail journey.
What's the difference between ECT-32-B corrugated and standard cardboard?
ECT-32-B (Edgewise Crush Test 32-pounds per inch) is a premium corrugated grade offering crush and puncture resistance compared to standard cardboard. This means your documents stay protected and the mailer maintains its shape, preserving your brand's professional image.
Can I use these for non-literature items like small products?
Yes, the 2 3/4" depth accommodates various items beyond documents, product samples, accessories, or promotional bundles. The protective side flaps and puncture-resistant material provide excellent protection for delicate or valuable items.
