Common questions
Do these mailers require tape or additional supplies to close?
No. The self-seal design features snug-fitting tabs that lock securely into the carton without tape, glue, or additional supplies. Simply fold and insert the tabs, ready to mail.
What is ECT-32-B corrugation and why does it matter?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32-B indicates the corrugated board resists crushing at 32 pounds per linear inch. This rating provides robust protection for literature, catalogs, and flat items during transit, preventing dents and punctures that could damage your brand presentation.
Are these mailers suitable for heavier promotional items?
Yes. ECT-32-B construction delivers crush resistance ideal for multi-page catalogs, bound brochures, and stacked marketing materials up to typical literature weights. For heavier items exceeding 3-4 pounds, consider reinforced mailers or shipping boxes.
Can I customize these white mailers with branding?
The clean white surface accepts printing, labels, and branded stickers for professional presentation. For bulk custom printing, contact our sales team for pricing on high-volume orders with pre-printed designs.
