Common questions
Do these mailers require tape or adhesive to close?
No. The innovative fold-and-tuck design features tabs that fit snugly within the carton, creating a secure closure without tape, glue, or additional supplies. This reduces assembly time and material costs while maintaining a professional, clean appearance.
What does ECT-32-B corrugated mean, and why does it matter?
ECT-32-B refers to the edge crush test rating of the corrugated material, indicating strength and durability. This specification means the carton resists puncturing, crushing, and compression during shipping, critical for protecting delicate literature, samples, or promotional items without damage.
Are these mailers suitable for professional branding and customer presentation?
Yes. The clean white corrugated finish provides a professional appearance ideal for e-commerce brands. The sturdy construction protects contents while the neat fold-and-tuck closure creates a premium unboxing experience that reflects positively on your brand.
What's the typical use case for a 9 x 7 1/2 x 3" mailer?
This size is ideal for catalogs, brochures, marketing collateral, product samples, book shipments, and promotional inserts. It accommodates standard 8.5 x 7" literature with room for protective padding while remaining cost-effective for high-volume e-commerce operations.
