Common questions
How does the triangle design reduce shipping costs?
The triangular profile creates a lower dimensional weight ratio than round tubes while providing stackability and reducing dimensional surcharges from major carriers. The flat-ship design also cuts inbound freight by up to 70% compared to assembled round alternatives.
Do these tubes require tape, glue, or assembly equipment?
No. These one-piece tubes feature integrated locking tabs that engage automatically when folded. Assembly takes 3-5 seconds per tube with zero additional materials needed.
What is ECT-32-B corrugated, and why does it matter?
ECT-32-B indicates 32 ECT (Edge Crush Test) strength, providing robust protection for rolled documents and fragile items during handling and transit. This standard durability rating ensures compliance with shipping carrier requirements and minimizes damage claims.
Can these tubes be customized or branded?
These are standard white tubes sold in bulk bundles of 50. For custom printing or branding options, contact our sales team for minimum order requirements and pricing on branded solutions.
