Common questions
How much warehouse space do these tubes save compared to traditional round mailing tubes?
Triangle tubes reduce cubic footage by approximately 15-20% compared to round tubes of equivalent capacity. The flat-ship format cuts storage space further by 60-70%, enabling higher inventory levels in existing warehouse footprints and reducing overall supply chain costs.
Do these tubes require glue, tape, or additional assembly materials?
No. These one-piece tubes feature integrated locking tabs that fold and secure without adhesives. Assembly takes seconds per tube, reducing labor expenses and eliminating material costs associated with tape, glue, or fasteners.
What weight and fragility levels can these ECT-32-B tubes protect?
ECT-32-B corrugated provides excellent crush resistance and edge crush strength suitable for documents, rolled prints, textiles, and moderately fragile contents. The material meets ISTA and shipping carrier specifications for domestic and international mail.
Are these tubes compliant with major shipping carrier dimensional weight pricing?
Yes. The triangle design minimizes billable dimensions, reducing DIM weight charges from FedEx, UPS, and USPS compared to round tubes. This translates to 10-25% shipping cost savings per unit for high-volume shippers.
