About this item
SKU T181840OUTER — 18 1/2" × 18 1/2" × 40", ECT-32 Single Wall Corrugated, Kraft. Sold as a bundle of 10, shipped from US warehouses.
Adjustable two-piece telescoping outer boxes built for tall and irregularly shaped shipments. 18.5x18.5x40 " dimensions with ECT-32 kraft corrugated construction and reinforced FOL bottom provide stacking performance and freight stability. Sold in bundles of 10, pair with matching inner carton (T181840INNER) to complete your packaging solution.
Common questions
Do I need to order both inner and outer boxes separately?
Yes. This SKU (T181840OUTER) includes only the outer telescoping boxes. You must purchase the T181840INNER boxes separately to complete a functional two-piece set. Bundle both for full height coverage.
What ECT rating means for stacking and crushing strength?
ECT-32 provides 32 lbs of edge crush test strength per lineal inch. This delivers robust stacking capacity for warehouse operations, supporting multiple pallets in vertical storage without compression failure, critical for freight efficiency and loss prevention.
Can these boxes accommodate items shorter than 40 inches?
Yes. The telescoping outer design collapses over the inner box, allowing you to adjust total height down from 40". This flexibility eliminates the need for multiple box sizes, reducing SKU proliferation and storage overhead.
Are these boxes food-safe and compostable?
The kraft corrugated material is FDA-compliant for non-fatty dry food contact and fully recyclable through standard corrugated programs. Verify compliance with your specific product category; consult Packrift for food-specific certifications if needed.
