Order mailing tubes for rolled posters and prints
This listing is one pack of 6 2 x 18 inch mailing tubes. Measure the finished roll before selecting a tube. Allow room around the roll and at both ends for your packing method and closure.
| Listed tube diameter | 2 in |
|---|---|
| Listed tube length | 18 in |
| Style | Kraft with Caps |
| Tubes per pack | 6 |
| For 100 separate mailings | 17 packs = 102 tubes, using one tube per mailing |
Artwork does not have to fill the tube. Fit depends on the rolled diameter, paper stiffness, closure and packing clearance. These dimensions alone do not establish a safe shipping method for every item.

Product details
Ship documents, blueprints, and posters with confidence using these 2x18 " kraft mailing tubes. Each 6-pack includes white snap-fit end caps that lock contents securely in place without popping off during transit. Made from 0.06 " thick, 3-ply spiral wound fibreboard for maximum durability and cost-effective reusability.
Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The white plastic snap-on caps are engineered to lock firmly in place and will not pop off during standard shipping and handling, protecting contents from dust, moisture, and damage.
What is the actual tube length if usable space is 18 inches?
Actual tube lengths are longer than the 18" usable dimension to accommodate the snap-on cap mechanism. Measure your specific shipment needs against the 18" usable space rather than the physical tube length.
Can these tubes be reused or recycled?
Yes. These spiral wound kraft tubes are fully reusable for multiple shipments and completely recyclable, supporting sustainable packaging practices and reducing long-term material costs.
Are additional end caps available separately?
Yes. Packrift offers additional plastic end caps as standalone inventory, allowing you to extend the lifecycle of tubes or maintain backup cap stock for high-volume operations. See the Additional Plastic End Caps link for details.
