Common questions
Will the end caps stay on during shipping?
Yes. The white snap-on caps are engineered to lock securely in place and will not pop off during standard shipping and handling, ensuring your contents remain protected throughout transit.
What is the actual tube length versus the usable space listed?
The 12" dimension represents usable interior space. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the snap-on cap mechanism. Measure your materials to ensure they fit within the 12" usable space.
Can I purchase additional caps separately?
Yes. Additional 3" white end caps are available for purchase separately (SKU: PMTCAP3-C820), allowing you to reuse tubes or maintain inventory flexibility.
Are these tubes reusable?
Yes, the spiral wound kraft construction is durable enough for multiple uses, and the tubes are fully recyclable. This makes them a cost-effective and environmentally responsible choice for ongoing shipping and storage applications.
