Common questions
How many boxes do I receive in a bundle, and how many do I need to ship one item?
One bundle contains 4 pieces that assemble into a single complete mirror box carton. You'll need one full bundle (4 pieces) to package and ship one mirror or large glass item. Pricing is quoted per piece, so one complete carton costs 4x the per-piece price.
Why is this a 4-piece design instead of a traditional single-box carton?
The four-piece construction creates a custom-fit design optimized for mirrors and glass products. It allows adjustable internal support, reduces empty space, minimizes product movement during transit, and lowers shipping costs compared to oversized traditional boxes, all while providing protection.
Is this box strong enough for heavy mirrors and glass panels?
Yes. ECT-32 single-wall corrugated kraft delivers excellent crush and impact resistance specifically engineered for glass shipments. The material exceeds industry durability standards for fragile item packaging and is suitable for freight transport and stacked warehouse storage.
Do these boxes come with printed warnings about fragile contents?
Yes. All panels feature pre-printed 'Fragile,' 'Handle with Care,' and 'Do Not Lay Flat' messages that ensure proper handling throughout the logistics chain, reduce damage claims, and meet common shipping compliance requirements for glass products.
